Greetings! I am super excited about the 2023-2024 school year. I am Anita Johnson and this is my second year at Kennedy Middle School! Go Eagles! I have been in education for over 20 years.I wore many hats in education as a Business Teacher, Academic Interventionist, Instructional Technology Coach, and Director of Summer School and After-School Programs. This year I will be teaching 7th and 8th graders Financial Literacy and Cyber STEM.

I have a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, that I obtained from USC-Aiken. I also have my M.Ed in Educational Technology from Lesley University.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a mother of two wonderful children. I love going to the beach, watching sports, watching tv, reading, playing with technology and listening to music.
