Hello!  My name is Angela Ziel and I am excited to be here at J.D. Lever!   I moved here two years ago from Las Vegas, NV. where I taught for 24 years.  I have been teaching 5K for the last two years at North AIken Elementary.  In the past, I have taught pre-k, first grade, and kindergarten.  My goal is to make my classroom a fun and safe place for kids to learn and grow. 

When I am not at school, you can usually find me outside with my horses and my dogs.  My husband and I have been married for 29 years.   We are recently empty nesters.  We have a 24-year-old daughter and a 22-year-old son who both just graduated from college. I  myself graduated with my masters degree from Prescott College in Arizona in 2021. 

I am looking forward to working together as a team for the kids!  May we all have a blessed year together!
