I attended school in Aiken County growing up and it is my pleasure to be a teacher at J D Lever Elementary.  I love Visual Art and went to school to become an Art Teacher.  I went to college at Lander University and earned a BA in Commerical Art and also a Masters in Art Education.  I taught school at Ridge Spring Monetta Elementary/Middle for 13 years before coming to J D Lever Elementary.  I love the community here and I want my family to be apart of everything that I experienced growing up in Aiken County Public Schools.  Some of my Personal interests and hobbies include: watching college football games (Go Tigers!) along with friday night football, creating artwork using oil painting, colored pencils, wood burning, and acrylic painting.  I love to garden at home and try to help with the school garden as well.  I have two daughters who attend J D Lever Elementary and a son who will also attend one day.  They enjoy their teachers and events here at school.  Thank you so much for trusting our school with the future of your children.  I know my children are getting the best education possible that Aiken County can provide.
