Welcome to J.D. Lever Elementary!  We are so excited about embarking on a new school year together.  I will be fulfilling the role of K-5 Literacy Coach this year.  This will be my 14th year in education.  I have previously taught 3rd grade for 12 years and GT for the previous 2 years.  I absolutely love literacy!  It is so rewarding to see a child develop a love of reading.  I am thrilled with the opportunity to work alongside teachers to assist them in developing challenging and engaging lessons to reach all students.

I received a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Charleston Southern University and a Gifted and Talented endorsement from USCA.  

I've been married to my husband, Ben, for 11 years.  We have a 6-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter.   

A few of my favorite things; Clemson Football, hiking in nature, spending days at the beach, Reese's Pieces, Diet Pepsi, exploring new places around the world.
