Hello! My name is Emily Summers and I am a first grade teacher at J.D. Lever Elementary! This is my sixth year at J.D. Lever and I am so excited to be here! I grew up in Lexington, SC where I attended Oak Grove Elementary School. My third grade teacher inspired me to become a teacher! I enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family. I love my sweet dogs, Sadie and Kylo, and my mischievous cats, Ben and Matilda. I will probably show off a lot of pictures of them this year! I cannot wait to make this the best school year ever!
