I will be teaching English 6 and Social Studies 6 classes this year! In ELA 6, we will focus on developing reading and writing skills while following the Instructional Framework for teaching. We will be reading short stories, novels, mysteries, poems as well as informational texts! In Social Studies 6, we will demonstrate historical thinking as we cover the ancient civilizations, such as Egypt, India, Greece , Rome, and other areas that cover the world civilizations.
