Hello!! I teach 6th Grade Social Studies (World Civilizations) and 6th Grade Science at Leavelle McCampbell Middle School.  I am currently in my 20th year of teaching.  I was the 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year at LMMS and I am currently the 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year at LMMS.  I spent my first 8 years of teaching at RSM Elementary/Middle School, and this is my 12th year at Leavelle.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and my Master's Degree in Science Education from Walden University.  I share my home with my other half, Horace Jr. and my 2 beautiful dogs (Bunny and Sandi).  I enjoy reading, walking, painting, photography, and fishing.  Teaching is my passion and I know everyone can achieve their goals through hard work, dedication, and perseverance.  Life is Good!!!!
