In December of 2023, I will have completed 42 years of working in the field of education.  My career has included but not limited to a vast array of experiences, such as teaching in Future Engineers Programs, International Baccalaureate School, and designing/facilitating workshops in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia on a plethora of topics.

This year will be full of mathematical investigations as the students and I delve into expanding our knowledge of some familiar strands, and as we embark on brand new mathematical strands.  

Teaching math is one of my passions.  I especially love all of the Algebra that is embedded in the 8th grade math curriculum as well as Algebra 1 itself.  I hope to instill passion in my students as well.
