  • How to - Login to Office 365 / Onedrive and Download MS Office!

Posted by Lisa Chapman on 3/26/2020

Woo hoo! My first tutorial! You will learn how to:

    • Login to ACPSD Office 365 as a student
    • Access OneDrive files and use online PPT
    • Download MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

To login to Office 365 / One Drive, you will need your student's computer login username and password.  The login username is NOT their lunch (powerschool) number. The passwords are all 5 digits, numbers and characters.  For 2nd - 5th graders who go to the computer lab, they use their login credentials to login to those computers every time they go. Kindergarten and first grade students will not know their credentials. Read 180 and system 44 students may not remember theirs, as they do not access the lab computers regularly.  I can provide this information, so please email me at if you need assistance.

When using the login for Office 365, you must add the full email extension to the login for example:

    StudentLoginID@student.acpsd.net

Each student is allowed 5 MS Office downloads on pc, mac, tablet or smartphone.
To access by phone, go to the BES website, tap menu, and tap popular links, tap email

  • Read Aloud Fun!

Posted by Lisa Chapman on 3/16/2020
Here are a couple great sites for Read Alouds:

Storyline Online   is a great place to find  picture books being read by actors.  They stick to the text and do a good job showing the pictures in the book as well.

For comedy, you can check out the Craig and Ryan Readers website for funny read aloud videos of picture books. The guys interject quite a bit of silliness into the reads so it can be fun for older kids too.
