I have been an Aiken County Media Specialist for over twelve years!  As a librarian, I strive to provide a welcoming place for students and staff to find books, resources, and materials that will support the curriculum, promote a love of reading and inspire lifelong learning.

While I received my Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina, my undergraduate degree and heart belong to Clemson University.  Go Tigers!!

On a personal note, I am married with three boys, 31, 24, and 19.  I have two beautiful grandchildren and an amazing daughter-in-law too! My oldest and his family live in Knoxville, TN. My middle son graduated from Clemson in December of 2020 with a degree in psychology and is pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Maryland. Last, but not least, my youngest son is a sophomore at the College of Charleston pursuing his dream of becoming a writer!
