Hello! My name is Jennifer Starnes!!  I teach second grade at Busbee Elementary school.  I received my bachelors degree from USC-Aiken and later obtained my Master's Degree in teaching with technology.  Teaching is a passion of mine because I love helping the future generation. 

In addition to my love for teaching, I am also the varsity softball coach for Wagener-Salley High School.  Working with the older girls is a pure joy and also gives me a chance to instill life long lessonss that go far beyond the softball field.  Additionally, I also give pitching lessons to girls (of all ages), who are interested in pursuing a career as a fast pitch softball player.  I am an avid lover of sports and love watching my children play sports as well. My husband and I have four children (Jenna, Gaige, Gracie, and Gavin) and we love spending our spare time with the kids. Additionally, I have three beautiful grandchildren.  Between teaching, coaching, giving lessons, and being a mother/wife/GiGi-- life becomes very busy.  With this being said, I would not change a thing.  My desire is that all of my students have a successful learning experience that lasts a lifetime.
