Announcements

  • I want to "Welcome to all ACCTC Emergency Fire-EMS Management Students 2023-2024!"

I am here to help you reach your full potential and prepare you to be ready to go into a career in Emergency Management when you graduate.

Do work as much as possible at home on the online programs so we can focus more on hands-on skills in the classroom. (Example: Schoology and OSHA and others Online)

The first couple of weeks we will be focusing on "SAFETY FIRST!" and getting needed paperwork sent home, signed and returned.

During the first month our plan is to complete a Safety Orientation, Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR-AED) training.

Each STUDENT is encouraged to join a local fire department and or rescue squad as a volunteer cadet or junior member.  This will help you learn while job skills and also help for job related work experience as a volunteer for your resume and career ahead.

You can also take extra SCFA or EMS courses and get in house training that will help you.

There are weekly open note quizzes and many review PowerPoint handouts and videos available in Schoology to help you succeed.

Be sure to check the Lesson Plans and Assignments Due in Schoology.

Please contact me if you have any questions!
