Welcome to Fourth Grade!
I am very excited about the upcoming 2023-2024 school year and my 16th year at HHE. This year I will be team teaching with Maria Bickel and Cullen Bishop.  Ms. Bickel and I have taught together for the past four years and this is Mr. Bishop's first year teaching!  I will be teaching Math, Ms. Bickel will teach Reading/Writing, and Mr. Biship will be teaching Social Studies and Science. We all use Class Dojo to create a positive classroom culture and to effectively communicate with families through photos, videos, and classroom engagement.   

When I'm not at Hammond Hill, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have three daughters who all attended HHE, as did my husband and myself! All three of my daughters are teachers! My oldest, Katie, is the Literacy Coach at Belvedere Elementary.  Heather teaches 1st grade at Belvedere and my youngest daughter is a 3rd grade teacher at Mossy Creek.  Teaching is a family passion. I love spending time with family, including my two grandsons, Oliver and Weston.  I also enjoy playing tennis, watching football, and sailing.
