 I am excited for the opportunity to be teaching at South Aiken this school year. This is my twelfth  year as a teacher,  during my career I have taught at Kennedy Middle and Silver Bluff High. While at Kennedy, I taught 7th grade, 8th grade, and 8th grade science on Aiken Innovate. While teaching at Silver Bluff from 2011 to 2020, I taught AP, Honors, and CP Chemistry, Physical Science and Earth Science. I began my coaching career at Silver Bluff while I was a freshman in college, coaching footballf or eleven seasons. I ventured out and began coaching softball in 2012.

I am married to my amazing wife, Sam, and we have three children. Our oldest, Addie is entering third grade this year, my son Noah is excited about starting 5K, and Hayden Amealia is entering 3K. We are members of Cedar Creek Church. Sam and I serve on the Kidz Creek team working in the preschool department on Sunday mornings. Outside of school I enjoy spending time outdoors  hunting, playing and watching sports, and spending time with my family. I am a South Carolina Gamecock fan. GO GAMECOCKS!
