I have been a teacher and a coach in South Carolina high schools for 19 years. I have been the men’s golf coach for 8 of my 9 years so far at South Aiken. I previously coached men’s golf at AC Flora High School for 2 years.

In 2013 the men’s golf team won the 4A State championship. I was name the SCACA men’s golf coach of the year in 2013 as well. The men’s golf team has also won the region championship 5 times since I have been the coach.

I also coached men’s’ basketball for 15 years. I was the varsity men’s basketball coach at Silver Bluff for 5 years and at South Aiken for 4 years. I was named the region basketball coach of the year in 2009 and 2010.

I live in Aiken with my wife Amy and I have 3 daughters. (Ella, Eva and Eliza – Jewel). I enjoy playing golf, running, and playing guitar in my free time.
