Mrs. Ola Martin
Welcome! My name is Ola Martin and this year I am teaching English 2 Honors and CP, and Yearbook. I am from Westminster, SC, went to West-Oak High School, and graduated from Clemson University in 2004. I have two daughters, Carolina (17) and Raeleigh (15), and a son, LJ (10). My husband, Josh, works for the USDA-Natural Resource Conservation Service as the District Conservationist for Aiken County. In my spare time, I love to read, paint, travel, spend time outdoors, watch Clemson football and Red Sox baseball, watch movies, and spend as much time with my family as possible!
I have been teaching for 17 years and this is my fifth year at South Aiken High School. I am proud to be a T-Bred! I am also extremely proud to have represented our district as the Aiken County District Teacher of the Year for the 2021-2022 school year! I have had the opportunity to teach in several parts of South Carolina, including Seneca High School in Oconee County, Furman Middle School in Sumter County, and North Augusta High School in Aiken County. I love teaching and I am just as passionate about my students today as I was the first day I started teaching!
I am looking forward to a wonderful school year! I'm here to teach, help, and work with my students!
