English 2 Overview

Students will explore literature through the study of a variety of genres. Literature will serve as a source of composition topics. Writing assignments will include a variety of genres and purposes, such as narrative, descriptive, analytical, and technical. Students will be introduced to the research process. Throughout the course, students will improve their use of proper grammar, spelling, and mechanics while also improving their written and spoken grammar and vocabulary.
