My name is Eleisia Smith and I'm new to the area. I received my undergraduate degree from Converse College. I have taught in the upstate for 12 years, and I am excited to join Aiken County School District as a Fighting Green Hornet! As a learning strategist, I believe that there is no single approach that works for everyone. As an educator, I want to empower students with the skills needed to be successful in both the educational and real world setting. I will continue to educate myself in order to provide the most effective strategies for students who learn differently.
