I graduated from USC-Aiken in 2001 with BA in Elementary Education.  Since then, I've become certified to teach middle school mathematics and secondary mathematics, and I've earned a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Western Governors University.  I spent 4 years teaching 7th grade math at L.B.C. Middle School, then 4 years teaching 7th grade, 8th grade, and Algebra I at A.L. Corbett Middle School.  I've been at Aiken High since the 2012-2013 school year teaching Algebra I Part 1 (Foundations in Algebra), Algebra I Part 2 (Intermediate Algebra), Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus throughout the years.  I also teach the dual enrollment courses for Aiken High students to take MAT110 (College Algebra) and MAT120 (Prob & Stats) through Aiken Tech. 

I represented Aiken High School as the 2017-2018 Teacher-of-the-Year, and a member of the 2017-2018 Ï㽶ӰÊÓ's Honor Court.
