Dr. Ernita J. Terry
I am an English Language Arts Teacher with the Aiken County School District and currently work at Aiken High School, Aiken, S.C. My work in education began in 2004. I have worked on both the secondary and post-secondary level as a classroom teacher, tutor, consultant, professor, and literacy specialist.
Understanding the value of education, I earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education- Leadership in Higher Education Administration from Capella University, a Masters in Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Jacksonville State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (A.B.) from The University of Georgia.
In addition, I am a member of many civic and professional organizations at the national, state, and local level.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, specifically, my lovely daughter, Emersen Olivia. I also love watching college football. GO DAWGS!
