South Carolina Picture Book Awards
Students in Kindergarten through Second grade will read the 20 South Carolina Picture Book Award Nominees in the Library each week. In February, students will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite picture book.
Voting -
- Students should read a minimum of five books from the Picture Book list
- Students in the Picture Book category are encouraged to read at least eight of the titles

South Carolina Children's Book Awards
Students in Third through Fifth Grade may check out these nominees in the Library during their class time. In February, students will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite children's book.
Voting -
- Students should read a minimum of five books from the Children's Book list
- Each child has one vote in each of the categories
