Welcome to First Grade! I am very excited about the 2023-2024 school year. I am originally from Spartanburg, SC and received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC (GO BLUE HOSE!). I also have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina, Aiken, and a Masters Degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. I have been teaching for 27 years. This will be my sixth year at Chukker Creek Elementary School and I am very excited to be at The Creek. I enjoy reading, cooking, watching good movies and hanging out with my family. I am married to my husband of 29 years, Patt, and we have one daughter, Paeth (like Faith, but with a P), and one "fur baby", Wally.
