Mrs. Jeannie Simmons

I graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia with my Masters in Library and Information Sciences.  I then moved to Aiken in 1998 to begin my career working as the children's librarian at Aiken County Public Library. I took some time off to stay at home with my four beautiful children, Joseph, Nathan, Edward, and Olivia. My husband, Steven Simmons, is the Dean of Business and Technology Training at Aiken Technical College. 

I am very happy to be the media specialist at Chukker Creek Elementary School! I look forward to many years to come.
