Welcome to Second Grade!  It is a wonderful time to be a student and teacher at CCE!  Chukker Creek has been my home for many years!  I have taught kindergarten, first grade and second grade here.  I love them all for different reasons.  New things are happening daily and we will "grow our learning" this year in BIG ways!   I am very excited about working with you and your child!  We will be busy increasing our reading, extending our math knowledge, writing daily, and exploring a variety of science and  social studies topics.  Second grade is such a special grade because students extend their learning from first grade and become more independent.  

Personally, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, shopping, and traveling to the beach or mountains.  One of the best things to do for fun is cheer on the Clemson Tigers!!!  Go Tigers!!
