My lesson plans are posted on the actual class pages. Reference those to help you know what assignments are for each day.
I will do my best to make sure all assignments are in Schoology. If there is a hands-on activity that we are doing, I will work with you to make that up or exempt you from the assignment.
If I pass out handouts in class, those should be available to download from Schoology. You can either type in them, or copy the needed information onto a piece of notebook paper or Word document.
Assignments may be submitted through Schoology by uploading files to the assignment or uploading pictures of your work to the Schoology assignment. I prefer assignments to be submitted through Schoology so they don’t get lost or forgotten in my email inbox. I will also accept paper assignments when you return, but it may take a while to update the gradebook.
If you don’t understand an assignment, feel free to email me about it, but tell me the assignment number you are working on and which class you are in. I will either email you back with instructions or set up a time to meet with you through Teams. I can also call you later if necessary.
HOMEBOUND ONLY: I will open up a Teams meeting for your class at the appropriate class time if you have already made arrangements for me to do so. If you are out, please follow the link below for your class. Links will be live only during prearranged class times. If students are only having a “work day” on a project, I may not have the video live, but you may send me a message and I will open up a meeting if you need help on the project. If you cannot attend a live meeting AND you have contacted me, I will attempt to record the class so you can view the information later.
