I am a native of Greenville, SC, but I have lived most of my life in Aiken. I was educated in Aiken County Public Schools and graduated from South Aiken High School in 2002.  After high school, I continued my education at the University of South Carolina-Aiken, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education with a Social Studies emphasis.  For the first six years of my career I served as a teacher at Strom Thurmond High School in Edgefield, SC.  During my time in Edgefield I received my Master of Education degree in Education Leadership from Augusta University.  After six years of teaching at Strom Thurmond High School, I was blessed to return home to the Aiken County Public School system and serve as a teacher at South Aiken High School.  I am thrilled to be joining the Aiken High School Hornet Family and I look forward to serving the students, staff, and families that make up this wonderful school community.  I am married to my beautiful wife and have two beautiful daughters.
