PROJECT MANUAL
ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO THE PROJECT MANUAL
The School District of Aiken County will accept bids for the 2024 Installation of Aluminum Bleachers at Highland Springs Middle School located in Aiken County, South Carolina.
Sealed bids will be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m. on April 17, 2024, in the Facilities Construction Department of the Aiken County Public Schools' located at the Operations Center, 61 Given Street, Aiken SC, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A valid Certificate of Insurance must also be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all technicalities and formalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after opening.
