This will be my 17th year teaching science at North Augusta High School. 

I received a Biology degree in 2002 from Augusta State University and soon went off into the world of research. My job before teaching was with a Fortune 500 company doing research and reforestation with pine trees. I also spent time as a veterinarian technician and did research with a doctor at the Medical College of Georgia.

I have been married to the love of my life for 26 years now. We have two adult children and four grandchildren! Charlie is 12, Norah is 7, Liam is 5, and Lachlyn is 3. They are our pride and joy!

I love fall. It is my favorite time of the year! I am crazy about music, cats, the color purple, and the band Bon Jovi! I read as much as I can for pleasure and I prefer science fiction and fantasy. I am a BIG Marvel fan as well.

I am looking forward to a great year in chemistry!
