Hi my name is Jessica Millwood. I originally hail from North Augusta, class of 2000. I have a double bachelors in sociology and art education from the University of South Carolina, with a concentration in ceramics. This will be my first year at NAHS but my 12th year of teaching. I am coming from teaching in Austin Texas but previously taught in Sumter, SC. During my time at NAHS I participated in softball and band. I continued my love for music and service at USC by joining the Mighty Sound of the Southeast marching band as well as becoming a sister of Tau Beta Sigma . 

 

My current interests include pottery, spending time with my two kittos Nylund & Devereaux, and creating jewelry from polymer clay.  I’m excited about coming home and being able to contribute to the community that helped make me who I am today. I’m looking forward to teaching art 1, while also navigating the waters of digital photography this coming school year, and I can’t wait to meet everyone!
