Hello all! My name is Richard Ball, and I am excited to be your teacher this upcoming school year.
I am in my seventh year at North Augusta High School. I am North Augusta's 2022-23 Teacher of the Year. I am from Buffalo, NY. I am certified to teach Mathematics in both New York State as well as South Carolina, and AP Stats. Regarding my teaching experience, I've taught Geometry, Intermediate Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Discrete Math, and Freshman Success at NAHS. I have also won First-Year Teacher of the Year for NAHS.
These courses will help one develop logic reasoning in a linear fashion, formulate critical thinking skills, and connect mathematics to real-world applications. I look forward to a great year!
