My name is Priscilla Broughton. I have taught business and computer technology courses at North Augusta High School for fifteen years.  Upon becoming a teacher, I became a co-adviser for the student organization - Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).  As an adviser for FBLA, I can work closely with students as a teacher but also on a more personal level by mentoring them and helping them to see the bigger picture of business and technology.  I look forward to new members joining the organization in the fall.

I have worked in the field of education for 21 years.  I spent part of my professional career working for a local manufacturing company, where I held a position as staff accountant. I am an MBA graduate of Kaplan University.

For the 2023-2024 school year, I am teaching Fundamentals of Computing.  The course is designed to introduce students to the field of computer science through the exploration of engaging and accessible topics. The course syllabus is located on my web page.
