    October 18, 2023           HR sends Checklists to Division/Department Leads and Principals to turn in GEM/FTOY/TOY Nominees
    October 23, 2023           Names of top GEM Nominees for Divisions/Departments due to HR by 4:00pm
    October 30, 2023           Names of School/Location GEM/TOYFYTOY Nominees due to HR by 4:00pm
    October 30, 2023           PSMOY/APOY/POY/DLAOY nomination links close at 4:00pm
    November 1, 2023         HR to Confirm School GEM/TOY/FYTOY Nominee eligibility
    November 2-3, 2023      School/Division level notifications of GEM/FYTOY/TOY
    November 6, 2023         Electronic applications sent to all nominees/supervisors via Records
    November 6-29, 2023    STARS Headshot Photo Sessions (Dates TBD)
