On 3/4/24, SC DHEC updated their COVID exclusion criteria to mirror that of flu and other respiratory illnesses. Students with a positive COVID test may return to school when they have been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicines and other symptoms are significantly improving.
