    FAQ:

     

    Can you be signed onto multiple devices? Yes, you can be signed into the physical handset, your team's client on your computer, as well as your cellphone or other mobile devices if installed.

     

    Can you take calls on mobile devices? Absolutely! You can even make calls from your mobile devices in the Teams app! You do not need to be on the network to make calls. 

     

    What if I pick up a call on another device? Could I transfer it or pick it up from somewhere else? Yes, sign into the app and it will give the option to join or transfer the call.
