This PD opportunity will offer participants experience with scoring according to the TDA Scoring Guidelines as well as strategies for preparing students for the SC Ready TDA.  Participants will collaboratively review and score authentic student TDA writings and develop action plans to provide targeted instruction to prepare students for SC Ready TDA.  If possible, participants are asked to give the common TDA available in Performance Matters and bring student submissions for scoring and planning purposes. However, authentic student writings will be available for teachers who are unable to administer the practice TDA but would like to participate in this professional learning process.
