      Math IM Geometry & Algebra II pilot teachers Derivita Training for Beginners Sherri Able & Jennifer Wilson North Augusta High FA 212 8:30-11:00 IM geometry and algebra 2 pilot teachers for the 24/25 school year will become familiar with how to use Derivita to incorporate enhanced practice.  Any teacher anticipating teaching algebra 1 next year is also invited.  There will be a Q & A Illustrative Mathematics Round Table discussion the last 30 minutes of this session with current algebra 1 IM teachers.
      Math IM Algebra I pilot teachers Derivita for Intermediate Users Sherri Able & Jennifer Wilson North Augusta High FA 212 11:00-12:30 IM algebra 1 pilot teachers, and any other teachers that have experimented with Derivita this year, are invited to ask clarifying questions and dive deeper into how this tool can be used to enhance formative assessments and plan instruction.

      Social Studies Government Teachers Common Gov. Final Exam Creation Michelle Ring South Aiken High   8:30-11:30 Government teachers will work collaboratively to create a district-wide common final exam.  Time permitting, teachers will also be able to engage in collaboration, resource sharing, etc.

      World Language World Language Teachers Schoology, PBL and Seal of Biliteracy Preparation Angela Drake Aiken High C-154 8:30-11:30

      Teachers will participate in training on using Schoology to incorporate a variety of media their courses and allow students to submit using a multi-media tools. Teachers will also receive an introduction on using Project Based Learning in the World Language classroom. Finally, teachers will convene to devise strategies for supporting students' preparation for the Seal of Biliteracy exam.
